I built a custom CRM for the B2B team of an enterprise company. Before, tracking client relationships and follow-ups was difficult and spread across different tools.

What it does

  • Centralizes all client information in one place
  • Lets the team schedule and track meetings with their clients
  • Provides statistics and insights to improve decision-making
  • Makes it easier to track how clients are being treated and ensure a high-quality relationship

For privacy reasons I can’t share more details, but this CRM has made the B2B team’s daily work much smoother and has improved how they manage their clients.
