One company I worked with had a heavy problem onboarding new people. They had many internal processes, but no central place to document them. This made it hard for new employees to integrate quickly.
What I built
An internal wiki where responsible people can create “Notes” (documentation for processes)
A search system so that new employees can easily find the information they need
A simple interface that works like an internal Google
Impact
Instead of struggling through scattered documents or endless questions, new employees now have a single place to learn how things work. The onboarding process became faster, smoother, and far less stressful both for the new hires and the existing team.
